Our team

Keith Julian,
owner and operator

We are an independent, family owned business that began in 1987. Keith Julian, the owner and operator, has over thirty years of experience with water wells and pumps.

Our core business is well drilling, pumps, pressure tanks, water lines and water treatment. Whether you need one gallon per minute or over 3,000 plus per minute, we can design and install a water system for you that will supply the gallons per minute, pressure and quality that you need.

Residential, commercial and irrigation — all of it out of the same shop on Highway KK in Troy.

How we work

Why choose Lincoln Pump Co

Five things we decided a long time ago and have not changed since.

  • We sell as many US made products as possiblePumps, motors, pressure tanks, hydrants, wire, PVC pipe and well liners — American-made wherever we can get it. Our preferred pump line, A.Y. McDonald, is roughly 95% made in the USA.

  • We listen to our customers to understand the problemMost service calls start with a description, not a diagnosis. We ask questions until the symptoms make sense, because the cheapest fix is the one that addresses the actual fault.

  • We handle service calls as soon as possibleA house without water is not a scheduling problem, it is an emergency. The phone is answered night or day.

  • When needed we think outside the boxDifficult access, deep water, a long run to the house, an unusual irrigation setup — some jobs do not have a catalogue answer. Those are often the interesting ones.

  • We will sell you only the products neededIf a control box fixes it, you are not buying a pump. That is how a business lasts in six counties where everyone knows everyone.

Quality that shows up later

Built to last 15 to 25 years

A good brand of pump and motor, installed correctly, will typically last 15 to 25 years — and the same goes for pressure tanks and control boxes. If you are having problems every few years, it is most likely poor quality products, improper design, or an error in the application.
